Milena Rivera - Founder & CEO

Ten years ago, Milena Rivera started Vital Business Services in the attic of her home with little more than a vision, a laptop, and a passion for helping others succeed. Today, that vision has grown into a trusted accounting firm known for its personalized service and commitment to excellence.

Milena holds a Diploma in Accounting Technology from Blinn College, Diploma in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University, as well as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor certification. She brings over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She built Vital Business Services on the values of integrity, reliability, and a genuine desire to see her clients thrive; whether they’re launching a startup or managing the day-to-day operations of an established business.

Milena believes that behind every set of numbers is a story worth understanding. Her approachable style and attention to detail make her a go-to resource for individuals and businesses alike.

When she’s not working with clients, Milena enjoys reading, making memories with her family, and spending time with her rescue dogs Lola, Grace, Rose, Arya, and Duke.

Celeste Martinez Lee - Tax Specialist

With over three years of experience in tax preparation, Celeste Martinez Lee brings precision, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients navigate their financial responsibilities. As a Registered Tax Professional with ASFP status and a Certifying Acceptance Agent recognized by the IRS, Celeste is dedicated to making the tax process as smooth and understandable as possible.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the movies, trying new restaurants, or performing music with her husband.

Diana Konovalov - Junior Bookkeeper

With over four years of experience supporting businesses with accurate financial records, Diana Konovalov is always determined to provide clients with reliable, efficient service.

She is a NACPB-certified bookkeeper. Originally from the U.S. and now based in Europe, she works remotely to offer dependable, detail-oriented support. With strong communication skills, a keen eye for data analysis, and proficiency in multiple languages, she brings clarity and organization to every project.

In her free time, she enjoys visiting museums and cultural events, trying new cuisines, and spending time in nature with friends.
