Milena Rivera - Founder & CEO

Ten years ago, Milena Rivera started Vital Business Services in the attic of her home with little more than a vision, a laptop, and a passion for helping others succeed. Today, that vision has grown into a trusted accounting firm known for its personalized service and commitment to excellence.

Milena holds a Certificate in Accounting Technology from Blaine College and brings over a decade of experience in bookkeeping and tax preparation. She built Vital Business Services on the values of integrity, reliability, and a genuine desire to see her clients thrive; whether they’re launching a startup or managing the day-to-day operations of an established business.

Milena believes that behind every set of numbers is a story worth understanding. Her approachable style and attention to detail make her a go-to resource for individuals and businesses alike.

When she’s not working with clients, Milena enjoys quiet time with her rescue dogs and making memories with her granddaughter.

Celeste Martinez Lee - Tax Specialist

With over three years of experience in tax preparation, Celeste Martinez Lee brings precision, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients navigate their financial responsibilities. As a Registered Tax Professional with ASFP status and a Certifying Acceptance Agent recognized by the IRS, Celeste is dedicated to making the tax process as smooth and understandable as possible.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the movies, trying new restaurants, or performing music with her husband.

Daniel Valencia - Senior Bookkeeper

With a strong foundation in business studies, Daniel Valencia brings attention to detail, professionalism, and a deep commitment to ethical financial practices to his role as an accountant at Vital Business Services. He is currently pursuing his Certified Public Bookkeeper (CPB) designation, further strengthening his ability to support clients with reliable and accurate bookkeeping services.

Passionate about maintaining financial clarity and organization for businesses, Daniel Valencia thrives in Vital’s values-driven and collaborative environment.
